      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Engagement Director to plan and execute a variety of activities, including exercise programs, art projects, and community events
      - Build personal connections with residents to tailor activities to their interests and needs
      - Organize trips outside the community, ensuring resident safety and enjoyment
      - Foster a warm and inclusive environment for residents to socialize and explore new interests
      - Maintain records of resident participation and feedback to enhance program offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in recreation, gerontology, or related fields is a plus
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for connecting with seniors
      - Creativity in planning and leading diverse activities tailored to various interests and abilities
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor
      - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings
      - Basic computer skills for documentation and communication

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in recreation or activity planning for seniors
      - Knowledge of gerontology or related fields
      - Experience leading group activities or programs
