      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze data and design studies to support the development of forecasting models for the Ascension employee health plan
      - Monitor medical and pharmacy cost trends while identifying early signs of potential issues
      - Create and maintain actuarial models and documentation for effective reporting
      - Produce reports and presentations that explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
      - Stay updated on news and trends related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace to provide insights impacting revenue streams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
      - Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
      - 0-2 years of relevant experience
      - Must have passed at least 2 actuarial exams and be on track to becoming an Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with statistical, query, or programming languages such as SQL/BigQuery
      - Strong technological skills, particularly in Excel
      - Experience in healthcare-related actuarial analysis
