What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform rate reviews by state and line of business, including rate indications and disruption analyses
- Research competitor pricing and product changes, as well as growth and profitability trends
- Develop updated insurance products with user-friendly pricing for potential expansion into new states
- Investigate management queries regarding business mix shifts and case reserving impacts
- Document methodologies and findings for senior management in an accessible format

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Successful completion of at least 2 actuarial exams, preferred
- Experience with Excel, including VBA macros, is required
- Strong background in mathematics and statistics
- Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL, R, and/or Python is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects effectively
