      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide actuarial support for annuities and life insurance products
      - Commit to studying with the goal of completing ASA or FSA exams
      - Participate in a two-year rotation schedule across various business units
      - Assist in modeling, pricing, valuation, and risk analysis
      - Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate strong communication skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Pursuing an undergraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or a related analytical field
      - Passed a minimum of 1 actuarial exam for the Society of Actuaries
      - Intermediate skills in one or more programming languages (Python, Matlab, Excel, R, VBA, SQL)
      - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
      - Positive attitude and adaptability to changing business priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or coursework related to actuarial science or financial analysis
      - Additional actuarial exams passed beyond the minimum requirement
      - Familiarity with financial modeling and risk assessment techniques
