What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide actuarial support for annuities and life insurance products
- Commit to both work and studying with the goal of completing all ASA or FSA exams
- Participate in a two-year rotation schedule supporting various business units
- Assist in modeling, pricing, valuation, and risk management
- Engage with leaders, mentors, and learning opportunities throughout the program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or a related analytical major
- Passed a minimum of 1 actuarial exam for the Society of Actuaries
- Intermediate computing and programming skills in one or more of the following: Python, Matlab, Excel, R, VBA, SQL, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional actuarial exams passed beyond the minimum requirement
- Experience with actuarial modeling and analysis
- Familiarity with financial modeling software or tools
- Participation in relevant extracurricular activities or internships related to actuarial science
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment
