      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the functions/tasks of the Actuarial Department in a more advanced and independent capacity
      - Develop premium rates and regulatory filings, financial forecasting, and experience studies
      - Utilize large databases, Datamarts, advanced excel modeling, and SQL coding
      - Proactively explore data/models, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
      - Collaborate across the organization to achieve department and corporate goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree with coursework supporting analytical problem-solving skills
      - 2 years of experience in an actuarial analyst role
      - Broad understanding of health insurance products and markets
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
      - Advanced Excel, DataMart, and Database management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate in the Society of Actuaries certification
