      Job Summary
      The Ad Operations & Digital Analytics Specialist plays a critical role in enabling data-driven marketing by ensuring accurate tracking, measurement, and analysis of digital campaigns. This position supports the full lifecycle of paid media efforts through expert tag management, ad trafficking, and analytics implementation. By collaborating across media, creative, and technical teams, the specialist ensures seamless execution and reporting. Their work empowers optimization, accountability, and informed decision-making across digital marketing initiatives.

      Pay Range: 64,022 - $83,229 - $102,435

      Job Responsibilities:

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
      Ad Operations & Tag Management
      • Manage and troubleshoot tracking implementation using tag management tools. Ensure accurate data collection across digital campaigns in partnership with IT and development teams. Maintain documentation and support advanced tracking needs.


      Campaign Trafficking & Coordination
      • Oversee end-to-end ad trafficking and campaign execution. Coordinate across teams to ensure timely launches, adherence to specifications, and ongoing optimization to meet performance goals.


      Digital Analytics & Optimization
      • Configure and manage analytics tools to monitor campaign impact. Analyze performance data, deliver actionable insights, conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, and support ongoing optimization efforts.


      Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
      • Partner with media, creative, and technical teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Provide technical support for tracking and analytics integration. Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies.


      Process Improvement & Innovation
      • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, tracking accuracy, and campaign reporting. Adopt new tools and methodologies that drive performance.
      • Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions regarding the planning, execution, management, and measurement of digital campaigns
      • Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to the planning, execution, management, and measurement of digital campaigns


      ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
      • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
      • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.


      JOB REQUIREMENTS

      Required Qualifications:
      • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Information Systems / Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or Statistics, Computer Science, Communications.
      • Minimum experience required: 3+ Years in ad operations, tag management, or digital analytics roles.


      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, or SQL for advanced customization and analysis is a plus.


      Job Competencies:
      • Strong technical proficiency in ad trafficking, tag implementation, and troubleshooting.
      • Hands-on experience with Google Campaign Manager (formerly DCM), including media placements and floodlight configuration.
      • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and platform-specific tracking tools.
      • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing) to optimize campaigns.
      • Strong QA skills for ensuring accurate tag and pixel implementation.
      • Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
      • Analytical mindset; capable of turning data into actionable insights. Local / occasional travel or events and select meetings.
      • Physical demands (ADA): No unusual physical exertion is involved.
