We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Ad Operations Manager to join us in this mission, optimizing our advertising campaigns and ensuring seamless delivery as we celebrate and empower queer voices globally.As the Ad Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the operational execution of our advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and optimal performance across various platforms. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and cutting-edge technologies to optimize programmatic ad performance and Direct Sold Advertising. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong technical proficiency to support our ambitious revenue goals and platform growth.What You'll Do:Ad Tag Implementation & Management: Configure and implement VAST tags for both supply and demand relationships, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality. Manage communications with third-party partners regarding tag setup and campaign data.Campaign Setup & Oversight: Set up, launch, and oversee the end-to-end workflows for both programmatic and Direct Sold ad campaigns within our CRM and ad serving platforms.Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance across Revry and PrismRiot, making proactive optimizations to maximize ad revenue, fill rates, and render rates.Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze comprehensive reports from multiple ad server platforms, identifying actionable insights to support internal and external stakeholders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Ad Quality & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough ad setup, testing, and validation to ensure compliance with campaign goals. Work alongside engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad serving and delivery across owned and operated platforms.Process & Documentation: Develop and maintain internal documentation and best practices for ad operations workflows.Stakeholder Communication: Manage and report on internal campaigns within CRM systems, ensuring clear and timely communication with internal teams and external partners regarding campaign status, performance, and future opportunities.What We're Looking For:Ad Operations Expertise: Proven proficiency in ad serving platforms like Springserve, Pubica, Indivue, AdTelligent, and a strong understanding of ad trafficking, campaign setup, and optimization for both programmatic and Direct Sold campaigns. Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding and practical experience with VAST tags, ad requests/responses, and other ad technologies. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving.Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex ad performance data, identify actionable insights, and create clear, concise reports.Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional attention to detail in setting up, monitoring, and validating campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Highly organized approach to managing multiple tasks and workflows.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams (sales, engineering) and external partners.Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.Proactive & Accountable: A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently to drive results and maintain operational excellence.In-Office Requirements:We embrace a flexible work environment, allowing the nature of your tasks to dictate how we collaborate. Though primarily a remote position, this role necessitates occasional in-person gatherings, roughly 1-2 times per year, for key collaborative sessions, as well as business-related travel for conferences and industry panels.
