      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure timely monitoring, review, and processing of ADAP/HICP applications and recertifications
      - Assist in daily operations by completing data entry in the program's database
      - Enroll or update client information in the Pharmacy Benefit Management system
      - Communicate daily with enrollment sites and providers statewide to provide support
      - Participate in team meetings and assist with ADAP/HICP trainings as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma/GED and five (5) years of job-related experience in social services or related field; OR two (2) years of experience at the lower level Soc Svc Claims/Benefits Tech 2 or equivalent position
      - Strong administrative and organizational skills
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of directly job-related experience
      - Experience in HIV/AIDS Ryan White Programs at state and/or local levels
      - Knowledge of infectious diseases, specifically HIV/AIDS
      - Experience providing program-specific technical assistance
      - Familiarity with auditing program documents
