      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct thorough reviews of estimates, photos, and documentation for ADAS repair opportunities
      - Ensure compliance with pre- and post-scan protocols and documentation standards
      - Manage escalations from field operators and insurance carriers to resolve issues efficiently
      - Coordinate with Protech teams for scheduling and invoicing support
      - Deliver training and support to service advisors for enhanced compliance and technical understanding

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years in estimating or ADAS repair processes
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Proficient in repair procedures, CCC Pathways estimating software, and ADAS systems
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
