What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a mentor and academic support for nursing students
- Participate in assessment activities for courses and curriculum improvement
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to facilitate student learning outcomes
- Assume responsibility for students in clinical settings and ensure their preparedness
- Provide immediate feedback on clinical performance and support students' learning experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of prior experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience in the nursing field
- MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) required
- DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice) or PhD required
- Professional nurse licensure required

- Experience working with online learning management systems
- Knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations related to nursing programs
