What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to physicians, advanced practitioners, medical directors, and/or practice managers
- Perform general office duties such as copying, filing, faxing, and mailings
- Type medical dictation and prepare various reports
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs for correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Manage office equipment and supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with special projects, credentialing needs, and meeting minutes
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
