- Process permanent deletion requests and Subject Access Requests (SAR) from customers.
- Maintain up-to-date policy documents and ensure adherence to GDPR best practices.
- Manage and maintain Cyber/Data best practice documentation.
- Complete Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and other relevant questionnaires from schools.
- Create and manage records of processing activities.
- Assist with legitimate interest impact assessments.
- Organize and manage training invites, ensuring completion records are up-to-date.
- Coordinate and track the progress of internal training programs.
- Schedule and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including managing the onboarding calendar.
- Organize logistics for the shipment of laptops to new joiners and leavers.
- Support SLT members with managing their diaries and scheduling meetings.
- Take minutes during key meetings and ensure follow-up actions are recorded.
- Help organize both in-person and remote company events.
- Regularly review, format, and version company policies and documents to ensure they remain current and accurate.
- Proofread and edit company documents to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Manage and maintain the company's Notion workspace, working with team leads to ensure content is organized and up-to-date.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with GDPR compliance and data management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Notion
- Previous administrative experience

The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality and care. This is a diverse role that will involve working across GDPR compliance, onboarding/offboarding, meeting coordination, document management, and internal training.
