What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
- Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile statements
- Assist with payroll journal entries and coordination of state payroll tax filings
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling and document preparation
- Organize digital and physical files while supporting the preparation of reports and presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting, office administration, or a combined support role
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Concur or other expense management platforms
- Good communication skills and a willingness to assist wherever needed
