      Department Overview:

      The REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW) has been an active trade association for more than 100 years, and is comprised of REALTORS® and Affiliate members providing real estate related services to home buyers and sellers across south central Wisconsin. RASCW has members conducting business from more than 800 offices in 10+ counties throughout the area. The primary purpose of RASCW is to serve its members by providing programs and benefits that assist them to successfully conduct their business with a vision of the future, and with the highest degree of professionalism and cooperation. In addition, RASCW and its members work to protect and promote home ownership and real estate investment throughout south central Wisconsin.

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      About the Role

      We are seeking a reliable and organized Administration Intern to support daily office and operational functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative processes, office coordination, and professional communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in gaining real-world experience in business operations or office management.

      Responsibilities

      • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
      • Answer phones/front door, respond to emails, and direct inquiries as needed
      • Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records
      • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
      • Prepare the board room for meetings including coffee, snacks, and when appropriate lunch
      • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and reporting
      • Support office operations, including ordering supplies and inventory tracking
      • Assist with internal communications and coordination between departments
      • Provide support for projects and day-to-day business activities

      Qualifications:

      Qualifications

      • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college program (Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field preferred)
      • Strong organizational and time-management skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with the ability to learn our ticketing system
      • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
      • Professional attitude and willingness to learn
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
