What you’ll be responsible for:

The JUF TOV Volunteer Network (TOV) connects members of the Jewish community with rewarding volunteer opportunities that best meet their interests and needs. You will be responsible for managing TOV volunteer registration and data in Salesforce, organizing volunteers for the JUF Uptown Cafe, and coordinating a variety of administrative functions. The salary range for this role is $40,000-$45,000.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee volunteer registration and communication for the JUF Uptown Cafe. Work in partnership with JUF Uptown Cafe staff on volunteer processes and policies.
• Manage TOV data in Salesforce. This includes event set up and maintenance, running reports, functionality testing, making contact updates, creating program engagements, and other tasks as needed.
• Serve as a Contact Case DREAM Management (CCDM) role in Salesforce to support and maintain data integrity for the whole of the organization.
• Coordinate and execute ongoing administrative needs of the TOV team, including the TOV hotline and general email inbox, room reservations, and office supplies.
• Staff TOV events as needed.
• Support JUF Campaign and mandatory campaign-related activities on an ongoing basis.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree OR comparable work experience required.
• 2+ years of professional experience strongly preferred.
• Fast learner with a growth mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Demonstrate ability to learn Salesforce, JUF’s database system.
• Must be organized and possess strong professional and interpersonal skills.
