      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage office supply inventory, including ordering, stocking, and distributing supplies to team members
      - Schedule and coordinate meetings, managing calendars for team members while ensuring all necessary parties are invited
      - Monitor and update data within CRM software (Zendesk) to ensure information is current and accurate
      - Provide administrative assistance for the director's projects, including organizing documents and tracking timelines
      - Assist in organizing and maintaining departmental process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration or a related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in data entry and basic monitoring in project management software (Monday.com)
      - Experience with CRM software, preferably Zendesk

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing office supplies and coordinating meetings
      - Familiarity with customer service scripts and document organization
      - Ability to conduct preliminary research and gather information effectively
      - Knowledge of departmental processes and standard operating procedures
