      Role Summary:

      This position is in the City Clerk’s Office. Successful candidates will be comfortable interacting with the public on the phone, via email, and in person at City Hall. The City Clerk’s Office is a nationally recognized leader in election administration and voter registration. The office also has responsibility for City Council agendas, board and commission management, licenses and permits, and records management.

      Education, Training and Experience Required:

      • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
      • 1-2 years of office experience/customer service or related field.

      Education, Training and Experience Preferred:

      • Qualified Voter File (QVF) Software experience.
