      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and clerical support to Credentialing Specialists
      - Monitor department email boxes for facility requests and inquiries
      - Compose and respond to correspondence via email
      - Maintain electronic spreadsheets and databases for tracking applications
      - Follow up on outstanding applications and necessary information through email and phone communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be located in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Standard Time zones
      - Strong attention to detail with the ability to plan and organize tasks effectively
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar administrative role within a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with credentialing processes and systems
      - Ability to type 40-50 words per minute
