What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Supply Chain Team and Product Team with detail-oriented data entry
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with product inspection and quality control processes
- Organize computer folders, files, and documents for efficient access
- Provide general administrative support to the office and team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Experience working in an eCommerce company is a plus
