- Provide high-level administrative support to Director of Policy & External Affairs, Policy & External Affairs Managers and team members
- Manage Director’s calendar, travel and scheduling
- Manage meeting requests including creation/distribution of agenda, meeting logistics, reminders, consolidation of presentations, etc.
- Preparation of reports, presentation materials and spreadsheets for management and external presentations including securing approvals
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform a full range of administrative duties including but not limited to managing calendar/schedules, mail handling, coordinating travel arrangements (domestic &
international), review/processing expense report statements, ordering catering, securing meeting rooms and event venues, and transportation - Collaborate with various staff and departments to prepare special projects
- Create, modify and manage department teamsites and team calendar
- Coordinate sponsorship benefits and conference registrations
- Computer knowledge - Proficient utilizing MS Windows & Microsoft Office environment
- Strong initiative and self-starter
- Demonstrated knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and practices
- Proficiency in business communication
- Demonstrated knowledge of filing and record keeping procedures

- Understanding of Importance of Safe Work Practices
- Two (2) or more years oil & gas administrative experience required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Business or related degree preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to create/manage detailed and complex reports and spreadsheets, correspondence. SAP experience preferred.
- Proficient in prioritizing work orders to work quickly to assist prioritizing work orders and job assignments to various groups and people within the construction and maintenance team.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision.
- Strong Interpersonal skills - communicative, willingness to meet new people, fosters positive environment.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and organizational skillsets required.
- Must be able to work a hybrid environment including; Monday and Fridays working from home and Tuesday - Thursday working in office.
