Answers and transfers phone calls
Manage schedules, arrange appointments and itineraries
Coordinate meetings, travel, conference calls, and complete expense reports
Create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations
Prepare reports, meeting minutes and correspondence
High School Diploma

Performs administrative duties for an individual, group, or department. Performs complex tasks and completes assignments with little or no assistance. Works under limited supervision with latitude for independent judgment. May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.
