      BizTek People is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a background in Investment Banking for a client located in New York, NY!

      Administrative Assistant
      Investment & Corporate Banking

      Work Schedule:
      In-office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

      Overview:
      A detail-oriented Administrative Assistant is needed to support multiple officers and associates in a fast-paced Investment & Corporate Banking environment. This team player will act as a temporary assistant to the department and collaborate with the broader administrative team as needed.

      Responsibilities:

      • Coordinate travel arrangements for senior staff, including ground transportation, flights, and hotel accommodations
      • Process detailed and timely expense reports via Concur for employee reimbursement; follow up on missing receipts and payment status as necessary
      • Schedule and coordinate meetings using Outlook; manage officer availability, organize guest passes, and arrange catering as required
      • Answer, screen, and route telephone calls; respond to inquiries from internal and external clients, liaising with senior-level individuals across the firm
      • Communicate firm policies and procedures regarding client entertainment
      • Support general office functions such as ordering supplies and managing mail distribution

      Qualifications:

      • Extensive experience with Concur
      • Strictly 5 years+ of administrative experience, preferably in the finance industry
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
      • Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills
      • Detail-oriented with a consistently positive and professional demeanor
      • Strong ability to multitask and work independently in a team setting
      • Familiarity with corporate office standards including professionalism and business etiquette
      • Exercises sound judgment, discretion, and maintains a high level of confidentiality
