What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, travel arrangements, emails, and personal schedule management
- Prepare briefings and summaries for company, board, and external meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and company-wide events
- Handle basic office tasks, including maintaining an organized office and ordering supplies
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of professional experience in administrative, project management, or equivalent roles
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong service mindset
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and challenges
- Ability to connect with senior stakeholders and individual contributors
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work from the office in Dumbo, Brooklyn 3-4 days per week
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a global context
- Proficiency in Hebrew
- Background in local government
- Basic design skills
