OPERATIONS
Ensure our Client Journey is consistently executed
Ensure a clean and organized environment
Ensure an enthusiastic and inviting welcome to all clients
Facilitate a smooth check in process
ADMINISTRATION
Ensure that we have a remarkable welcome to every new and current client who walks in the doors
Create event graphics & fliers using Canva and Google Drive
Own the Customer Service Process including email, text, phone and in-person communications
Set up automations in Wellnessliving
SALES AND CLIENT JOURNEY
Our Client Journey is every step a client takes in their journey from a prospect to a member. Through email and SMS automations, phone calls and personal outreach and in studio communications we ensure our clients always have the best of experiences and utilize the studio in keeping with their long term goals.
Man the Daily Call and Lead List, ensuring personal outreach communication is made in a timely manner and email and SMS automations are answered daily.
Pre-book sessions for Introductory Packages and MembersPhysical Demands:
Work at a desk with a computer, wash tea mugs, light cleaning including sweeping/swifting yoga floor, stocking bathroom
