The employer is offering a hybrid remote position with the opportunity to work onsite for onboarding and training. After the training period, the employee will be required to work onsite a minimum of three days per week. This position is with the Product Development Team, which focuses on creating new products and improving existing ones. The Product Development Administrator will assist with organizing product development, maintaining records and reports, and importing data to the database. They will work closely with the Product Development Operations Manager, Engineering, and Product Support to ensure the department's success.

Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks:
- Maintain artwork and product management records in computer system
- Add and maintain production order item codes and product spec sheets in company database
- Process production orders and ensure accuracy
- Assist Product Development Operations Manager with Digital Asset Management
- Import and update pricing records in company database
Data management and reporting:
- Run reports and inquiries from company database
- Maintain available UPC codes and import assigned codes to GS1
- Proofread supporting documentation for technical products
- Create and maintain LED Driver lookup tool
- Organize IES photometric files for easy reference and use
Logistics and support:
- Ship and receive packages for Product Development, log samples and returns for RMAs and Engineering projects, and maintain dashboards
- Ensure adherence to Product Development standards for sample and materials organization
- Order materials and supplies for Engineering and Production groups
- Answer phones and provide general technical support backup
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new computer systems
- Experience with Prophet 21 and Wrike preferred but not required
