- Provide administrative support for Regional office staff to include copier projects, ordering,u00A0 mail handling, researching topics, supplies control, and necessary communications internally and externally
- Handle calls from both internal and external sources (ex. families)
- Support enrollment efforts by responding to inquiries from interested families via phone, providing information about Aspire schools and programs, and assisting with outreach and marketing tasks to boost regional visibility and student recruitment.
- Summarize, communicate, and track all incoming family complaints and follow through to a satisfactory compromise with all parties involved.u00A0u00A0
- Support with coordination of region-wide educational activities, meetings, and events, including logistics and preparations
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the regional offices (including supplies organization, design, etc)
- Support other Aspire team members as necessary
- Performs related duties as required or assigned.u00A0
- Demonstrate knowledge of and support, the Aspire Public Schools mission, vision, and value statements, including antiracism, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavioru00A0

- Highly proficient in administrative support functions
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills; strong sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects concurrently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively
- Strong command of word processing; exemplary spelling and grammar skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to interface well with all departments of the company and to represent the organization in a highly professional manner
- Bilingual-Spanish language speaking and writing (preferred)
- Ability to learn new software
- Two years of college or equivalent work experience
- 3+years in an administrative support position in a fast-paced, changing work environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite,u00A0 and/or other comparable software
- School or school district office experience preferred
- Proficiency with additional database systems preferred (e.g., Filemaker Pro, Access, etc.)
- Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
- Communicating with others to exchange information
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
