Job Duties & Requirements:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a full range of administrative and secretarial related duties for the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent. The candidate must be efficient, highly organized with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask. The candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter and team player that can successfully manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. The Administrative Assistant must have the skill to think through every aspect of a task from the beginning to the end. The Administrative Assistant must always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
HS diploma or equivalent, associate degree (preferred) in office management or equivalent field. Strong typing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office business applications. Strong work ethic, highly professional demeanor, positive and friendly attitude. Discretion, reliability, loyalty, flexibility, and confidentiality are a must. Ability to organize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
SALARY RANGE: $41,600/exempt
