What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer and other marketing leaders
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Serve as a liaison with legal for contract management and expense approval
- Oversee the Coldwell Banker marketing director lists and virtual updates
- Coordinate department Teams Live events and manage P-card purchasing
- Assist with planning and coordination of department and company-wide events
- Maintain corporate records, documents, and reports
- Perform minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
- Work closely with the marketing team on program development and implementation
- Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines
- Provide information and recommendations for marketing decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous administrative support experience
- Experience with travel coordination, calendar management, and meeting planning
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Concur
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and follow-up abilities
- Ability to occasionally visit or work out of the NJ office
- Ability to travel up to 10% for company events
