      Job Summary

      JOB SUMMARY
      The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing information management support, administrative support and organizational support within the business line. Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative related tasks working under limited supervision. Interacts with staff in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure and remains flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Also responsible for gathering information to prepare reports, assisting with the planning of events, managing and directing certain inquiries, managing and prioritizing meetings and assisting with the creation of timely communications. May be required to apply knowledge of assigned line of business to perform relevant administrative functions and related special projects.

      Job Responsibilities:

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Compiles and analyzes information as required to complete reports, and to develop presentations and other documents which may contain sensitive or otherwise confidential information.
      • Organizes written and verbal communication, drafts letters and documents, takes meeting minutes, oversees maintenance and organization of recordkeeping and filing. Effectively communicates announcements to the business line and leadership.
      • Serves as a key interface for internal departments and external contacts providing accurate, responsive and courteous customer service. Resolves routine questions and requests.
      • Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and other events.
      • Preforms administrative functions such as; maintaining office supplies, assisting with expense processing, and monitoring of staff timekeeping.
      • May participate in or administer projects, programs, and/or processes specific to assigned department.

      Salary: $21.09 - $32.70

      ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

      • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
      • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

      JOB REQUIREMENTS

      Required Qualifications:

      • Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
      • Minimum experience required: 1+ Years

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience relevant to assigned area preferred.

      Job Competencies:

      • Knowledge of standard office, practices and procedures.
      • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to maintain confidential information.
      • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
      • Excellent customer service skills.
      • Proven analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to challenges and prioritize work.
      • Strong administration and organizational skills.
      • Ability to prioritize, organize, multi-task and work under pressure within a time sensitive environment.

      • Physical demands (ADA): No unusual physical exertion is involved.
