      Project Administrative Coordinator

      Summary: Provide project support, project accounting support, and administrative support

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned
      • Setting up and Updating Projects in Project Database (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) and Project Trackers
      • Resource Assignments in Project Database and Timesheets Administration in Time Entry System
      • Updating Client Database of Record (Quoting Approved Bids for PO creation, Confirming PO’s for completed work for payment, Project Milestones update, etc.)
      • Project Accounting AP and AR related duties (Creating PO’s for Vendors, Creating Sales Orders for Customers, etc.)
      • Project Administration Support for Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Project Management Team
      • Process Documentation
      • Other responsibilities as may be assigned.

      The candidate needs to have good communications skills as the role would involve communications with field teams, subcontractors, and possibly, client managers.
