      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate administrative activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
      - Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for executives and staff members
      - Organize meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues and arranging catering
      - Take meeting notes and distribute to attendees in a timely manner
      - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience as an administrative coordinator, administrative assistant, or similar role
      - Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with event planning and coordination
      - Knowledge of travel arrangements and expense reporting
      - Familiarity with database management systems
