      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform administrative duties such as processing purchase requisitions, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
      - Collaborate with Human Resources on job postings, employee evaluations, and compliance with annual requirements
      - Assist in procuring supplies by obtaining quotes, placing orders, and tracking inventory
      - Coordinate staffing schedules and maintain employee records while serving as payroll timekeeper
      - Prepare various documents, correspondence, and presentations as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree with two (2) years of experience in general administrative office support OR Associates Degree with four (4) years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED with six (6) years of experience in general administrative office support
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
      - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to delegate and follow up
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently and in teams
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

      - Experience in a healthcare setting or with perioperative services
      - Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes
      - Skills in data management and analysis
      - Experience with employee engagement initiatives
