What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support U-Haul field operations by addressing questions and requests
- Assist in the management of propane service tickets and monthly pricing updates
- Reconcile price discrepancies between invoices and service fees
- Coordinate new propane tank site installations and facilitate equipment upgrades
- Lead marketing project coordination, collaborating with various departments for material development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least four years of experience as an Analyst in an established organization, or a degree in business administration with 2 years of Analyst experience, or four years of experience at UHI with propane certification
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in mathematics
- Ability to translate complex mathematical information into understandable reports
- Comfortable communicating through various channels, including electronic, phone, and in-person
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a related field with knowledge of propane services
- Proven ability to work well with all levels of stakeholders, including customers and executive leadership
- Familiarity with the U-Haul operational processes and systems
