What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative assistance to the Vice President, including calendar management and scheduling meetings
- Produce documents and reports utilizing MS Office software and maintain appropriate databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support for conferences and meetings
- Manage office operations, including overseeing equipment and supplies, as well as maintaining filing systems
- Process provider time off requests and manage department expenses, including credit card reconciliation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant administrative experience in a business office environment
- Experience as a senior-level administrative assistant preferred
- Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project coordination or program management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Internet and Intranet resources
