      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate departmental human resource functions and provide administrative support in recruitment processes
      - Process financial requests and reconcile reports to maintain budgetary accuracy
      - Assist faculty with course preparation, scheduling, and educational needs
      - Plan and organize meetings, special projects, and events in collaboration with faculty and staff
      - Maintain faculty calendars and provide general administrative support to the department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Solid organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
