What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative coordination for assessments within the UME Program
- Assist in the administration of exams, including proctoring and troubleshooting
- Ensure students with ADA accommodations are scheduled properly for assessments
- Analyze statistical and psychometric data for review by UME leadership
- Respond to email inquiries related to UME assessments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four years of general office or secretarial experience; OR an Associate’s degree with two years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience; OR an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Proven attention to detail with a successful record of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to set work priorities independently
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in an undergraduate medical education system
- Familiarity with student information systems like Banner
- Experience with assessment management systems such as ExamSoft and Sakai
- Background in medical education assessment teams
