      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage board meetings, create agendas, and take meeting minutes
      - Serve as a liaison to the Associated Students of Madison and the Student Activities Center General Board
      - Organize events, including the Midwest Organic and Sustainable Education Service conference
      - Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate tabling opportunities
      - Assist with hiring processes and ensure smooth transitions for board members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be enrolled as a student at UW-Madison
      - Passion for organic agriculture or majoring in a related field
      - Ability to work 10-12 hours per week
      - Comfortable spending time outside in various weather conditions
      - No prior experience necessary

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or coursework in sustainable agriculture or environmental studies
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
      - Interest in community outreach and education
