      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate multiple large-scale program activities and provide administrative support for fellowship programs
      - Maintain accurate program documentation, including project plans and reports
      - Assist in the planning and execution of program-related events and workshops
      - Manage program finances and oversee expense reimbursement processes
      - Communicate with participants and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and collecting feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
      - 3-5 years of administrative or program support experience required
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
      - 2-3 years of related experience in a healthcare or educational setting
      - Familiarity with grant management and reporting requirements
      - Experience in coordinating training programs or fellowships
      - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
