      Application for Beacon Health System's 2024 Administrative Fellowship

      Beacon Health System's Administrative Fellowship is two year program that offers developmental and placement opportunities in a variety of operational and clinical areas throughout the system. You'd be working closely with our leadership on high priority initiatives and projects, gaining valuable knowledge and experience along the way. This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships with healthcare leaders with the ability to be hired on to our leadership team following the final rotation! Interested in learning more?       The two-year Fellowship consists of four six-month rotations:

      1. Rotation with leadership at either Memorial Hospital of South Bend or Elkhart General Hospital.
      2. Rotation with leadership across Beacon Medical Group (clinics and physician practices).
      3. Rotation with corporate leadership (HR, Finance, IT, Logistics etc).
      4. Your Choice!

      Qualifications

      • Master's is required
      • Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA) is preferred, however those about to obtain their MBA, MPH, MHSA etc. are also encouraged to apply.
      • Preference will be given to applicants that obtain their degree from programs accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME).
      • Applicants should be scheduled to graduate with their Master's by Summer 2024.
