      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide specialized legal and administrative support for vocational rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities
      - Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal and state laws
      - Serve as a liaison between the employer and the Michigan Attorney General's Office
      - Develop and implement policies and procedures specific to Michigan Rehabilitation Services
      - Provide guidance to staff, managers, and Division Directors on legal and policy matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law
      - Membership in good standing in the Michigan State Bar
      - Experience as an Administrative Law Specialist or equivalent legal experience, depending on the level applied for
      - Strong understanding of laws, regulations, and policies related to vocational rehabilitation services
      - Ability to conduct legal research and provide fact/legal interpretations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with individuals with disabilities
      - Background in administrative law or related legal fields
      - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
      - Experience collaborating with governmental agencies
      - Familiarity with the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act
