What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet visitors and escort them to their destination within the facility
- Answer incoming calls, ensuring accurate messages are communicated to appropriate staff
- Distribute mail and process invoices according to branch guidelines
- Monitor office supplies and submit orders as needed
- Participate in credentialing activities by obtaining necessary documents from staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role within healthcare
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
