      Job Summary

      The Administrative Project Coordinator provides project support within the department. This role manages a variety of projects that span across the organization.

      Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday – Friday

      Location: Hybrid Remote

      The Administrative Project Coordinator responsibilities include:

      • Project management and support which includes the collection, management and distribution of project information.
      • Drive task management and follow-up to ensure projects are current and deadlines are met.
      • Collaborating with project leads/team members to ensure they are updated on any potential issues or risks in a timely manner.
      • Obtains, consolidates and maintains project materials, reports. Coordinates meetings to keep projects assigned on schedule.
      • Coordinates tasks assigned to meet project needs.
      • This role will manage various and multiple projects that span across the organization and/or division.

      Qualifications

      • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.
      • Experience:
        • Minimum of three years of project experience, required.
        • Minimum of five years of administrative or senior administrative experience, required.
        • Healthcare Experience, preferred.
      • Additional Skills (required):
        • Some knowledge or exposure of project management practices.
        • Good communication skills (written & verbal) both internally to the project team and to executives.
        • Good relationship management skills that include good listening and consultative abilities, as well as the ability to establish credible relationships with business partners to drive change.
        • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio.
        • Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed for project assignments.
      • Additional Skills (preferred): Prior experience managing parts of a project or small sized projects.
