      We’re looking for an amazing Administrative Sales Specialist to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Consumer Programs team. This position is essential for maintaining accurate payroll processing and financial booking credits, which are critical to the company's strategy for achieving the highest levels of guest and employee satisfaction. The Admin. Sales Specialist will oversee daily back-office tasks, manage payroll and booking adjustments, and handle various departmental processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

      Responsibilities

      • Monitor agent reporting and process pre-approved sick leave, vacation, and other time off requests daily.
      • Facilitate the processing of Leave of Absence (LOA) requests.
      • Coordinate with Workforce Management (WFM) to make necessary schedule changes and adjustments to time off coding.
      • Approve timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
      • Process all booking adjustments in accordance with department booking credit guidelines.
      • Communicate with agents and shipboard Financial Credit Controllers (FCC) regarding booking adjustments.
      • Conduct data analysis and management to ensure accurate booking credits.
      • Manage daily department processes, including security requests, office equipment supplies, audit reports, futuredams, redeployments, and the department employee master list.
      • Oversee the employee milestone recognition program and IT enhancements.
      • Handle Siebel reassignment and other departmental administrative tasks via the Consumer Programs email box.
      • Manage department schedules for meetings, Supervisor Line, management time off, new hires onboarding, and department training sessions.
      • Ensure all scheduling is efficiently organized and communicated to relevant parties.

      Please note: The work hours for this position are Monday through Friday 9:30 AM – 6 PM Pacific Time. There is the potential of overtime required. The training hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5 PM Pacific time for the first 6 – 8 weeks in the role.

      Requirements

      • Proven experience in a back-office operation role, preferably in a consumer-facing or hospitality industry.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
      • Proficiency in payroll software and data management tools.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

      • Base Hourly Range: $16.35 to $22.07. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
