      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clerical support for the Health Services Division operations, including Medicaid application submissions
      - Communicate with Central Administration, Oregon Health Authority (OHA), and Third-Party Administrator (TPA)
      - Track and monitor Medicaid application submissions, eligibility, and enrollment status
      - Assist with the maintenance and updates of division policies, procedures, and administrative rules
      - Coordinate training module approvals and track employee training requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience, or an associate degree in general office occupations with one year of relevant experience
      - Experience in records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data
      - Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
      - Ability to manage and work with confidential information, including medical information
      - Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and ability to interpret policies and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with medical coding and medical terminology
      - Medical office experience
      - Previous work experience in a law enforcement or correctional environment
