      Duties


      • You will complete moderately complex tasks independently with technical oversight from a senior employee.
      • You will work with others to provide objectively based information to line managers and stakeholders for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management.
      • You will undertake and complete complex tasks with multiple dependencies independently, mentors others regularly, and leads others to accomplish complex goals.
      • You will perform staff administrative analytical and evaluative work related to program operations, and management and organizational efficiency and productivity.

      Requirements


      • Must be a US Citizen.
      • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
      • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

      • Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

      • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
      • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
      • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
      • Generally, current Federal employees applying to STRL jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. All qualifications and pay band requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and documented in your resume.

      Qualifications


      NO-03 (GS 9-10):
      Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band NO-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of the agency's programs and activities in order to provide information to line managers and stakeholders for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management.

      NO-04 (GS 11-12):
      Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level GS-09 or pay band NO-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing expert technical and programmatic advice, guidance, and recommendations to line managers and stakeholders for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management.
