      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide day-to-day office support and maintain office files
      - Plan and execute conferences, workshops, meetings, and other events for government and private sector participants
      - Assist with travel arrangements, including transportation and hotel bookings
      - Perform data analysis and develop statistical charts and tables for performance metrics
      - Coordinate office space and IT services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
      - Experience providing administrative support within a government context
      - Proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Suite of products
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to pass Public Trust background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with NOAA E2 travel software
      - Current or previous security clearance desired
