      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Faculty Development Associate Deans and Academic Affairs Staff in operational functions of the School of Medicine Dean’s Office
      - Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings and conferences, ensuring smooth execution
      - Prepare correspondence, documents, and agendas for meetings while maintaining calendars
      - Manage expense reimbursement documents and handle a high volume of demands with independent judgment
      - Analyze and resolve problems while making recommendations for improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a complex administrative environment
      - Excellent verbal communication skills, with proficiency in vocabulary, grammar, and syntax
      - Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with a diverse group of individuals
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on confidentiality
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document preparation and data management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project administration and coordination
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under pressure
