What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data entry for over 100 documents daily
- Coordinate messages, appointments, file maintenance, and manage department office supplies and mail
- Research, compile, and proofread word processing assignments
- Operate automated office equipment as needed
- Assist in various functional areas of the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent data entry skills and computer/typing skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
