- Maintain multiple calendars, scheduling high level meetings with internal and external contacts.
- Process all financial documents for day to day operations in special events using SIMBA and SAP CONCUR, adhering to University policies and procedures as well as funding source spending guidelines.
- Assist with logistics for meetings and internal student events.
- Compile and organize information to develop agendas, meeting materials and reports.
- Greet students/ faculty/visitors, provide information and/or refer as appropriate; review and direct phone and mail communications; act on routine requests.
- Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments and meetings; schedule classrooms or conference rooms.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, make reservations, and process reimbursements.
- Compile and organize materials from different sources to draft e-mails and memos; prepare documents, meeting materials, and reports.
- Create and maintain work unit files and databases.
- Perform data entry; gather, assemble and format data to create reports.
- Serve as resource to others on a variety of subjects including office equipment, software application usage, and information processing procedures.
- Arrange for equipment maintenance; process work orders for facilities repairs/needs.
- Maintain confidential and/or sensitive information and materials.

The Smeal College of Business is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide high level staff support for our Office of Undergraduate Education. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter, who excels in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will support the Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Affairs, as well as provide back-up support to the Associate Dean and other Administrative Staff as needed.

Education and Experience:
Typical requirements include an Associate's Degree or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
